If I chance to catch your tears,
into a crystal jar.
Upon a sorrowful borne wave,
where it futile to wend far
Crafted out of love,
of rice paper and a whim.
Afloat I'd set a pirate ship,
donned the Jolly Him.
Endeavouring through tiny seas
Of melancholy woe
Orienteers our pirate
Through breaths of love that blow
Sailing through foreseeable
and prodigious glee
His horizon holds a glassy blur,
Of love, Of you, Of me.
I can watch you hurt
and I can watch you cry
I'm the one that can make it stop
And never wonder why
The confidence in me
Is the confidence in you
That you have inside for me
Inside of me, inside of you.
The pirate and his tiny ship
That sails upon your tears
The happiness stemmed from the woe
The joy stemmed from the fears.
I'm here to twist your sadness
To manipulate your pain.
I'll sail a million tiny boats
You will always smile again.
