first semester done
today was the day of my last final, ending my first semester at ASU. it was a chemistry final and i think i did ok on it, but we will see. so far, all i know is that i am going to get an A for english 102 and a B+ for Engineering, which uses the plus and minus system so that means a 3.33 gpa wise. as for Chem and Calc, i have no clue.
i am happy the semester is over now. this first semester felt quite long and it's a relief that i now have a month to relax. well, relax but still go to work. i'm glad that my friends are coming back to town too. supposedly some of us are to make a band but we will see how that goes. i am just a goddamn naysayer! i still haven't recieved a b-day present from my parents, but it is going to be a guitar amp or some make and model in between the price range of $300-500. i need to decide that and i wish there was some damn place to get trustworthy reviews on these things. all that i have found are the customer reviews on musiciansfriend.com, but anyone can review on that thing. little annoying kids that spam music constantly on Half-Life mods, such as Battlegrounds, could even post on there, saying that Fender brand guitar picks are great to masturbate with. unfortunately they are not as good as Dunlop picks, those lying bastards.
anywho, christmas seems right around the corner, and being 2 weeks away i guess it is. i have recently found a lady friend named Danica to spend some good ol' holiday times with. we are just friends for now but we will see how things work out. i don't know what to get her for christmas, or anyone for that matter. i don't even know what i want either. i think i will just end up buying everyone "Passion of the Christ" so we can all learn the true significance of christmas, which has nothing to do with the birth of Jesus at all. instead, it has everything to do with the death of Jesus. because folks, Jesus did not die for our sins, he died so that one day a crazy Australian could make a shitty movie out of his life so that people like me could give you a shitty present for christmas. that is exactly what i will do. On another note, i have been stealing my parents mail so i can give it to them as a christmas present. just think how happy they'll be when they open their presents and there are all the christmas cards, magazines, and bills that they thought never showed up in the mail. you just can't go wrong with a present like that. JOY!
