Today, my sisters and I pumped up the volume to those techno dance hits on the radio, and took on the dance floor....or Kitchen floor if you want to be all technical. We made up some pretty grand dance moves. Pop culture or MTV would tell you the moves were lame.....PSH-AH! Whateva.
I really have a problem with Ashlee Simpson. Stupid? Maybe. Necessary? Absolutely! It contributes towards my fight for good music, preformed by good musicians. Hhhhhhu...I'm just....just getting a little sick and tired of everyone and their Grandma's mailman becoming "artists" and singing songs that "everyone will relate to." So, join the worthy fight, my friends. Huzza!
Have you ever watched construction workers sweat and toil outside while you drove around in your posh, air conditioned vehicle, and felt bad for the poor souls? Mmm yes, I have to. But after about a week of being outside in this torridity...I find that a humans can actually get used to it. And so...when I say the following, please don't think I'm loopy, or a little squishy in the brain: I still love to mow the lawn....even in such summer heat.
