SO finally after agonizing, and i mean AGONIZING over what to call my new company, i have FINALLY landed on something that i really like, that encapsulates the concepts and ideas that embody my work, and i've even got a 'tag line' that will appear at the very bottom/end of all my literature for my company...and the tag line is even in latin 'cause

ah-HA! thanks SO MUCH! i was aware that incorporating was to make a firmer separation between you and the company et. al. but that's about all i was aware of...OK THEN so i'll need a title search and then registration of the company name...can i email you what i want to name the company and see what you think? i also have a 'tag line' that i want to use as part of the company image, something to appear at the very bottom/foot of any of what i publish/write up, as well as some key terms that i will be using as part of a method i've developed so it's something that i want to brand, a title to the method so to speak, and i don't want someone else being able to just pick it up and start using my ______ method without going through me, you know what i mean? so i'll need some kind of registration for this stuff that is above and beyond just naming the business, you know?
