It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas (weatherwise).
Brrrr! It's bloody freezing!! To cap it all off our annual boiler check discovered that our heating flue is 'potentially leathal' (their words, not mine) and it's been disconnected. No heating. No hot water. And it's freezing. Grand.
In other really boring news I went to my cousin's yr6 Leaver's Assembly in Durham Cathedral today (which can I also say was bloody freezing- how inconsiderate of the Normans to not fit heating!). How boring? I yawned all the way through it (is it bad to yawn in church?). I really don't like Church of England services. They're just relentlessly optimistic and off-subject. Too many hymns. I'm sure about 3 of the kids I was sitting near slipped into comas by the end. Hell, I'm sure I was in a coma by the end!
Ooh (how did I forget) I finally passed my driving test!! Praise the Lord (oh, maybe some of that service did sink in, hmm)!!
Most people would've dedicated a whole post to just that one thing but boy, do I love moaning.....
