about my first day..
super overwhelming.. I fell asleep at 7pm last night..
Why, you ask.. I'll tell you why..
The interoffice communication is excellent but a bit hard to get a hang of.. Chasing people down to get shadowing experience.. figuring out logisitics like timecard crap & the share-able calendar.. Feeling like a few small fish in a GIGANTIC pond..
I don't know.. I felt like running yesterday, perhaps I'll do that today on my lunch break, but.. man.. I sat there with my laptop trying to figure out sharing my calendar while the rest of the office rushed through..
Cool things/what I have to show for it:
- I'll have my own business cards
- I have a few shadowing opportunities
- Reimbursements are going to add up
- I know I spend about 50% - 70% of my time outside of the office
- Excitement for today, that starts at 11a..
