Hah so much for the phone coming back in one piece, it fell apart again on the 15th and has since been with the Phones 4 U "Repair" team.
I phoned on Thursday and was told that there wasn't a fault (The fucking end of the joystick has fallen off you pricks!!) and that I would have to pay £18 to get it released. Bastards!
I have made a complaint and got it sent for a second opinion. Very unimpressed. When I get that phone back and when repaired, I am so selling it on Ebay when still in one piece. It is so jinxed, I refuse to touch that bloody phone.
All this after the woman in the store was so rude to me and told me that I must have pulled it off myself...like hello! Do you not think I have a life? Do you think I get a cheap thrill out of flicking off joysticks?? (Hey that sounds kinda kinky!!) Stupid cow! She then told me to glue it back on myself, contradicting the Phones 4 U customer services who said that if I did that I could invalidate the waranty!! Oh yeah I will do that and fuck the waranty and who is to blame then?? *Raised hand* Little old me!!
May the Phones 4 U blow up or go bankrupt or get attacked by a particularly nasty strain of crabs!!!
