the sounds of the blue angels' planes zipping past my office and seeing their smoke cloud residue linger behind them outside my window in san francisco makes me super excited! and it's only their practice routine!
i remember going with my uncle to the piers and docks and grabbing some sandwiches and sodas and chilling on top of the car hood to watch the blue angels perform their routine. i remember being in complete awe as they do their synchronized swirls, turns and dips! i loved being able to see these patterns and routines come together. it's like a courtship dance, where the planes tease each other, intertwine their planes together into this intricate, intimate dance with one another. i give it up to these pilots who are able to control these flying objects with such precision that any death-defying stunt is awe-inspiring and breathtaking.
