have you had your muffin top scare today?

i need to work out more. i haven't had a "real" workout since the beginning of last week and because i haven't maintained that intensity and endurance at a consistence rate, but rather opt to do little 5-minute stints of crunches, tippy-toes, pushups, and jumping jacks in the morning due to a busy schedule and having relatives in town, i'm feeling the effects. fuller face. slower digestive system. tighter jeans. sluggishness during the day. and worse of all, every girl's nightmare - THE MUFFIN TOP.

i've got 2.5 weeks to pick it up and do my best before i leave the country and take tons of family pictures @ the wedding.
