(no subject)
Alright, biiiiiiig update... so. Tim has a date. In half an hour, and one next week. Story:
I'm working at BR, Juliette is in men's with me to help me out. This rather attractive guy walks in and he's looking for a red scarf. Juliette assists him and I'm pointing out the random red scarves that we have in. As I'm ringing the guy up, we both look at each other, and we're both just going "wow..." Seriously, this kid has gorgeous brown eyes. He and Juliette were talking, and at some point in the conversation he mentions that he works at the Build A Bear Workshop across from the Macy's in the mall... He leaves and I turn to Juliette. "Was it just me, or was he totally checking me out?"
She agreed, and I told her I'd have to go visit the Bear store sometime soon.
Fast forward to friday... I now have the flyers for the friends and family deal coming up this weekend. I decide to hop on over to the Workshop and give the hot guy one. With my number on it, of course. I get to the cashier and I ask her "I'm looking for a gentleman that works here, about my height, dark hair, really pretty eyes..." and she goes, "oh, you must mean Paul, he's the only guy that works here" and I'm like, sure, Paul. "well, he's gone for the weekend, but he'll be back on monday..." so I drop off the flyer...
Fast forward to monday... I'm checking my phone messages, and lo and behold, I have one from Paul! so I stop by the workshop and we're talking, and he goes "hey, if you ever want to chill sometime, you have my number..." I told him I'd give him a call as soon as I got my schedule... later in the evening, I'm at work, and he left another message on my phone, seeing if I was possibly free when I got off. I felt bad because I wasn't, but I said I'd see him tomorrow at work.
Tuesday... he stops by the store and asks if I want a coffee... I told him I didn't like coffee, tea was okay. so he got me tea from starbucks, sweeeeet! I thanked him by getting him a chocolate covered strawberry... I was off, so he walked me to my car, and I asked if he was free next wednesday, I wanted to take him out to dinner. and he said yes.... I got home, he called again, wanted to know if I could go see a movie today... I said sure, and yes, that's where I'm headed right now....
