Copping out, selling out and speaking out.

I blogged this in myspace to because well, I wanted to.

Someone made me think today, someone makes me think everyday.

They are just thoughts we have, words we hear. Why do we look so hard for something to believe in? Why do I look so longingly for something to believe in besides myself?

I want to share with you my spattering of notes from seeing Tony Robbins. I believe everything happens for a reason. (that’s one thing I believe in) So, even though at the time and still now I panic at the problems and chain of events that led to me missing 2 months of school, my future. I decided somewhere to embrace it all, I mean, it always comes to a lesson of testing my statement…everything happens for a reason. So I stayed away from the education for another month, I’m good at what I do, I have a gift, what is it that I do?

Seek opportunity, opportunity shows.

Hung-over more than I thought I was. Even after realizing the night before that I finally understood what Lisa said about choices, it is about choices, she’s right. Gin was apparently my choice the night before. Thoughts of the infomercials and general rah rah that was to come made me nauseous, so much I had to take of my reading glasses but I was there…and I was listening….to someone…for some reason.

Coles notes for the hungover

It’s not knowledge is power….action is power. Problems are there surrounding themselves with denial and blame. Don’t ignore problems, they are there to show you something. Problem solving brings about change, oh Christ change, we hate change. People have to understand the power of problems. Out of every problem is an initiation to grow. It takes faith to get through a problem, faith of any sort. Problems are a sign of life.

To succeed at life you have to get out of yourself. Taking control of emotion means taking control of your life. Change is automatic, progress is not. Most people in life are dabblers.

Achieving goals are important but not the be all. It’s about achieving them and it’s who you become in the process and outcome. Change what you do, change the situation.

Most people in life are dabblers, they find something to believe in, they find something to do, there is growth and then it gets boring, there is a plateau. In that plateau they settle with the mediocrity and continue on the straight path.

Some people in life are achievers. They have growth, they hit the plateau, problem or are faced with the situation and absolutely walk around in the situation, fight with the situation, yell at the situation become the office steamer, venter then some how, they beat it so hard over the head that they walk out of it. They begin the rise in their life again, until they hit that plateau again and again and make a big pig pen mess about it. They are stressed out, messed out but they do seemingly successful jobs of their life….without thinking about how they really feel.

Why not be a Master of you life? To Master your life is to continue growing and learning, hitting that plateau but realizing you can’t do it alone. Don’t leave, don’t fight or stress out. Finding someone who’s been there. Success leaves clues, find a new master to learn from. Masters who have been there know the road ahead, they’ve played the game before. Anticipation is power in business, with raising children, with money and relationships. Don’t plant pumpkins and expect roses to come up. And weeds, they grown automatically. When the Master you have chosen shows you what to do, you have to have faith in it. They’ve been there, they’ve left the clues.

Shifting your psychology, realizing what now becomes a must. Philosophy makes the meeting, the relationship and the life. Don’t run East looking for the sunset because no matter what mindset you think you are in, it won’t happen. Give ten times more then what you ask in return. Dare to be creative in who you are, how much you give. Continue growing and giving, your motive does matter. Model what works, success leaves clues. Remember to get better you have to get worse first.

Remember it’s who you are when you say something.
Turn yourself on. If you aren’t on, you are dragging down, not turning up. A radical change in your physical body is the most influential. Your body teaches you how to feel. If you change the pattern of your body, it triggers your thought pattern. Change your focus, focus on your feelings. Emotions, everyone has them.

Be real, be rare.

There was rah rah, and I enjoyed it. Which shocked me. Maybe it was just what the lessons in life ordered? My sister and I were discussing our lives, our patterns, how to live your life, how do you know if you are doing a good job at your life?

I think back to past situations, intuitive thoughts that stemmed messages, responding to someone’s “just erase this” emails. 

And I realized, sometimes we just need someone to remind us, that we are doing a good job at our lives. Someone reminded me of it 2 weeks ago, I reminded 2 people last week of it.

It doesn’t matter who you are, I’m reminding you…..you are doing a great job of your life.
