So possibly just had one of the best nights of my life!:-) Y'all know how much i love halloween, so got dressed up as Poppa Smurf and Mike was Gargamal, went out to the evil east end fest, with sabrina and ken, met up with steph, her friend kelly, joe, jason, big philly style and deanna. Hung out, drank a few and tried to work the crowds for applause for the costume contest..lol, which i have notoriously bad luck with, as we all know. So went back to Milestones for the prelims and lo and behold, people loved me! hahah, won those and advanced to the finals, were simply put, it was no contest, i won easily, ton more cheers. Mike and big philly style had the crowd chanting "poppa smurf" haha. Was completely awesome, wasn't quite sure what i had won. So got off the stage and this dude was like, ok come back here with me...and first was like, "ok first off here is a check for 500$" I just about shit my pants, started screeching like a banshee and crying...lol, i was def out of control. I was soooooo excited..lol. Then there was about 400$ (including 4 cases of beer and wine @ milestones) or so in other prizes to use at specific restaurants or hotels, the whole time i'm crying like a fool and mike is telling the guy i'm fine, just really excited..lol, was crazy, i was just so happy. Stuff like that never happens to me. I was telling everyone, not just my friends, but anyone who cheered for me, that i owed them big time..lol. Def out of control, seriously tears streaming down my face,...lol. I've never won anything like that before, i would have been happy with 50$, let alone 500$, man. All i could think of was how happy my mom would be. She's gonna die when i tell her i won that much, just for being myself..lol, i would have dressed up like that even if there was no contest at all, crazy. Man, that was prob one of the most exciting moments of my life....wow

So i think we all know why i won, because my archnemsis was not there to put a stop to it! lol.
