accidents
My internet is still working. I'm still being distracted. Its weird, its dsl, and my phone line is canceled. Long dong dong canceled, try calling it: 310 824 1637. Canceled. But the dsl still works. Weird. (this too is suppose to be cancelled, but the signal may stay for an extra 2 days, so says the customer service lady: mmkay).
Something hilarious happened in westwood... I can't remember.
But I got into a car accident (in someone elses car). We were in the right lane to turn right, and the light turned green. Everyone inched forward, but someone immediately stopped because some pedestriants were crossing. The guy behind us thought it was cleared and was trying to switch lanes out to switch back in (I'm not sure how it works, but he was just trying to be a hot shot), which ended up rearending our car, which rearended the HANDICAPPED old lady in front of us.
The lady turns the corner and stops, looks at her car, goes "its not much damage" and just drives off!!! Wow, she was awesome. Us in the otherhand talked it through with this charismatic guy who took all the blame. He explained what he was trying to do, and apologized for damaging the cars. Who knew LA drivers were so nice. But he was some total rich Beverly Hills, Audi driving man who could afford it, so meh :P. I should have asked for 10 dollars so I can see the chiropractor again, just cause these sudden jerks are the ones that fuck up your neck the most (even if it wasn't too fast, you're not expecting it).
