i havent written in FOREVER!
things are going great. i'm staying really busy despite not having a job. i'm taking five classes (latin 2, cultural anthropology, anthropology and religion, philosophy of religion, and art history 2). i'm doing well in all of them so far... except for possibly latin. that shit sucks!!!! i really like being able to tell people that i know latin though. its impressive haha. besides school, i'm president of students for sensible drug policy. its a huge national organization and we're at the forefront of change! two weekends ago i hosted the regional conference for ssdp at fsu. most of it was on campus with breakfast, dinner and partying at my place. we had speakers from law enforcement against prohibition, DARE, breaking the chains, ssdp alumni, national board, and other students. everything came together really well! i didn't think i'd be able to pull it off. i'm looking forward to next year because i'm gonna do it bigger and better. we're also talking about getting regional NORMLs involved.
my birthday was yesterday! i had a party on friday. alex, cheyne, sarah, karlee, and carl all drove really far to come visit. a bunch of people were there, got really drunk, dressed like an indian princess!! so fun... besides some drama. (i thought that would be over with in highschoool). last night i went to dinner at el tapatio's and bought my first alcohol drink legally. almost everyone was there (minus shiv..wtff) and of course oren cause hes in gville =[
speaking of which... our ten month anniversary is on sunday. annddd he bought me a beautiful ring for my bday =] i'm so lucky to have such a great guy. i feel like i'm not the best girlfriend and that i could do more so i'm going to work on that. it would be really awesome if he got into fsu and i got to see him for longer than three days at a time!
i'm overall really happy. i have my days and i definitely get some huge mood swings but i'm doing well. i have a great group of friends here, family and oren. im always stressing about something though. i need to stop!!! my room is soooo messy that i cant get myself to even start cleaning it. as soon as its cleanpeople come over to smoke or party and it gets trashed lol.
im supposed to be studying for philosophy of religion exam fml.
