In which there is a new FMA anime (seriously)

Trailer!

I think I'll start by saying I'm in love with manga. Arakawa can write (and draw, but that's not the point). And it's so freaking crazy, but that doesn't distract one from the story too much (unlike Tsubasa).

This is a retelling of the Fullmetal Alchemist story, except I think it's supposed to be more faithful to the manga, unlike the first anime which strayed off quite a bit. I can only hope this anime is freaking cool. Starts airing in April, I think.

They're keeping the same title. It's a little confusing, because then there's like TWO Fullmetal Alchemists. Sure, there was the same problem with Kanon, but the later Kanon got called Kanon (2006). Maybe this new anime will be called Fullmetal Alchemist (2009)? Fullmetal Alchemist II? I dunno. But I'll call it Fullmetal Alchemist II (FMA II) for now.

Anyone who didn't see this coming needs to get their head checked. It is Batman, afterall.

fullmetal alchemist, anime, movies, dc, youtube, batman
