I see that it is the season to rant, well I might as well join the band wagon.
I am sick and tired of hearing all of you guys complain about your "busy" schedules. I know most of you think that VTC is a slacker stupid school, but it is what you make of it.
I am currently attending 21 credit hours. My mondays and wednesdays are nine hours long starting at 8 in the morning. I get the added joy of on Wednesdays having Student Team Undertaking Pretty Important Decisions Meeting (STUPID, aka campus activity team) which they are trying to make me president of. I have also recently been elected, OK so that was a nine hour pause, president to the Yearbook Committee. Now the explanation of the pause. I was asked to represent the school at a black tie event in burlington. Back to the rant. This is not to say that my tuesdays and thursdays are peachy blissful times, no I work at the library from eight till eleven, and then have lab till five in the afternoon. Thursdays I have off until eleven, but I work through lunch at the local elementary school with two kindergarten classes, and have another lab in the afternoon till five. At six I go to one of two Girl Scout troops, which I am an assistant leader in. I also have recently been added to VTC's Committee for a new Student center. I also have on Tuesdays AIAS meetings.
I'm sorry if you haven't been complaining about your schedule, but those who are have been ticking me off.
