Molly, my sister, and I fell out,
And what do you think it was all about?
She loved coffee and I loved tea,
And that was the reason we could not agree.
6 am
Sing a battle hymn
6 pm
Sing it again.
I HAAAATE being up this early. Hate hate hate hate hate.
But you all know that.
I got to cuddle with the kittens tonight on the couch after I came home from Anschultz library at 230 AM. Both of them were wanting my undivided attention and as soon as Minion clawed his way up into my lap (they can't quite jump high enough yet), Gilgamesh followed. Gilgi took my lap and Minion decided that my boobs were a good place to rest. Which is why I now have a few kitty love tap marks in my collar bone and neck area *sigh*. Its all good. Neosporin makes everything okay. Then Gilgi decided that Minion once again had the idea of it, and joined his brother, and they both proceded to have a little nap. So I was literally up to my chin in kittens.
Aint it the life!
I got a LOVELY pair of 1940s wedges and a gorgeous green 50's dress that needs just a little TLC. The dress fits like a dream, and would look heavenly except for my big girl arms. Big girl thighs I can hide fairly well beneath knee length skirts and a-lines, but big girl arms are much harder to disguise. I've worked on my arms and legs before, and really what they need is yoga stretching or something to help lengthen and stretch them, rather than bulk them up. My arms and legs bulk when I exercise otherwise - they don't slim.
But the dress is so pretty, I have to wear it soon, so I'm just going to wear a cap sleeved borelo over it. I might take the number down to Texas, I haven't decided. The 1940s shoes are just a tad too small, so I sprayed some leather stretch on the inside of them, and have been wearing them at night to stretch them out. You're supposed to walk around in them, but I hardly ever wear shoes in the house, and it just feels bizzare. I also got a 40s/50s half slip that zips up the side and it is soooo pretty! I thought it was a petty coat when I bought it, but its still so cool, I'm not that badly disappointed, and it looks pretty peeking under the edge of my new dress. I feel de-love-ily!
I wrote my outline for my paper tonight and read it to my mom to see if she had any suggestions of essential things I might be leaving out. I also got most of the bibliography done as well. God bless Easybib.com. It is a frekkin' Godsend. God bless those men and women who developed it; blessed are they amongst the weak, blessed are they amongst the mighty, hearts of faith, never turn your face from them! AMEN!
Outline and bib done and its not even the due date? Wow, I'm atop my game! How sexy is that?!
