Montreal and all that good stuff

Hmm. Okay. What was the last thing I posted? Quizzes...quizzes...okay. xD

Umm, my teacher never got mad at me. She just kind of brushed it off and I guess it's because I didn't have any chance anyway. ^^ And she knows how much I practiced for Solo and Ensemble and it really got me down and all that.

We went to Montreal! Everyone spoke French. We saw hoboes. And while we were waiting to unload our bus (see: parked there doing nothing), there was a guy with a paper cup pacing back and forth on the sidewalk next to us with a crazy look in his eyes. It was a little freaky. Senior night-- I think last year the seniors went to play mini golf. We totally OWNED them and got to play laser quest instead. I sucked, but it was awesome.

On the first night, we went bowling and it wasn't as bad because somehow my accuracy got better even though I don't throw the ball hard enough at all. When we played in fifth grade, my bowling ball would always get stuck there LOLOL OKAY I KNOW I SUCK. D:

Ditched Neo mostly, or at least taking a long break. Kind of running over to Leo and taking a break from Wajas, too. Gaia, s' okay, I guess. A bit boring. Nothing to do there. Got some guilds to stay active at, though.

Didn't roleplay for a while. Not consistently, anyway. But now Alanor's off to a(nother! >.>) fresh start around the 15th of May, and DoH (see: Depths of Hell from January-April 2005 where I met Chris and Myca!) just reopened. I also joined R at Second Heaven, and HOPEFULLY once finals and all that crap are over and they GET OFF THEIR BUTTS and work on their profiles 8D, Icey and Ruri will join us there. The people there have their own cliques and stuff and it's a little awkward sometimes and lonely, but I'm sure it'll work out with a little persistence. It's worth a shot, anyway.

APs! Only took two this year: Calc and Lit. That would be Calc AB, btw, but the free response overlaps with BC and oh my GOD it KILLED. I'M NOT KIDDING. Lit was all right, but hopefully the curve won't be too high.

UHHH, so I'm typing this while I should be studying. I have an essay that was due last Monday (not the Monday that passed five days ago. The one before that) that I still have to turn in (err, write) and physics homework and a HUGE lab practical that's absolutely essential but I'm going to fail because I didn't study the dead freaking cat while I had the chance and now I only have the diagrams to study from and I'm screwed. 8D

I read lots of manga the past two months or so.

Found some new music! Umm. OH. OH. We saw Cirque du Soleil's Kooza in Montreal and it was AMAZING. I love it. I'm obsessed. Two years ago in Orlando we also saw La Nouba, which was more polished but they've been practicing it for longer, I think.

I love Apocalyptica. And HIM and The Rasmus.

Andandand... The Departed and Blood Diamond. Holy crap. xD I used to have a very bad impression of Leonardo DiCaprio because back in fifth grade these girls I REALLY didn't like kept saying "Oh my god, he's so cute. I want to marry him," and that was after Titanic came out and I always thought he got famous because he was pretty or something. XDDD

But then I saw The Departed. Shit, he's good. I think I'm in love. >>;

As you can see, I tend to skip months without updating and then ALL OF A SUDDEN IT'S LIKE A FLOOD OF STUFF.

By the way, I turn 18 in August. Not sure why it's worth mentioning, but it's always a great hurdle because then I can smoke legally (JUST KIDDING; I have a nice short story about why I would never smoke but I'm not going to go there today) and the only hurdles left are the 21+ age restrictions at roleplaying games. But I'm pretty sure 99% of them are just 18+.
