How much longer?
I'm glad that the semester is drawing down to a close, because I have been dying lately for some real free time. I just want to sleep all day and read and do whatever I want. The school work isn't that much fun any more, the major projects are coming up and I'm starting to stress about final grades, even though I think, for the most part, I'm doing alright.
I got a B- on an essay that I turned in for Dr. Downes. I'm able to turn in a second essay so that both are worth 10 percent of my grade instead of 20 percent, but I'm having just the worst time writing it out and she's already giving me an extension because it took her so long to grade my last one. I guess I'm going to do it, just because I really want to get an A in that class. She's off at a conference this week so I get the week off of Downes classes.
Let's see... I have to do these online quizzes for Sociology, I'm GOING to start those tonight. They're a huge pain in the ass. I have to do more reading for my group project for Literature & Sexualities. I can't think of anything else I have to do for American Lit right now. Reading for Intro and studying - I guess - for American History, although I have gotten a 98 and a 100 on my last two tests and I haven't before, so... I don't plan on devoting a whole lot of my time to that. :D
Eventually there is going to be a presentation due for Intro and I'm scared about that, I'm not even going to think about it yet. :[
Sigh.
Off to American History in a little bit. I have a 2 o'clock class. Dr. Kennedy is turning into one of my favorite professors. She is SO quirky and adorable and nice.
