Summer Loving
My last entry here was how ready I am for summer vacation and all of my plans.
Now I have EIGHT WORKING CALENDAR DAYS (12 if you count weekends) until I start my 14th year of teaching.
Like a fool, I decided to take an online class during August. There's like 10 easy assignments. I'm still in the middle of assignment 1. Oops. I hate online classes but if I can get my butt in gear it will be good because a) I paid out of pocket for this and b) I have to start acquiring "inservice" credits for my certification.
Tomorrow I'm going to the fair with Aunt Kristin :) We're meeting Aunt Diane, Uncle Kevin (I think), Kelley, the kids and I think her in-laws. It should be interesting. I was in NC last year for the fair so I'm excited to go tomorrow :D And Franco asked us to go with them on Saturday night when they take Leo. So, I'm going to the fair twice(!) and Frank is going for the first time in... well, I don't even remember the last time we went together, but I'd say I don't think we've been together since we got married- and that's 9 years!
I really should get back to "working" now..
