Ahhh

Finally, I feel back to normal. Major stresses have passed and life is good once again. This weekend has been really great and it's only early Sunday morning! I left work relatively early (3:30) on Friday this week because I got caught up on stuff, and had time to do some chores so the house looks nicer, which keeps me a lot happier. Beau's friend Andy came down on Friday so we got to go out to dinner at this local Mexican place that was really tasty! We also had some drinks and played skip-bo, which was very nostalgic. I went to bed early (midnight) and they stayed up late, so when I got up I had about 3 hours to myself to read my book (Pride and Prejudice), browse the newspaper, do some laundyr, and take a really long shower. We also watched Thank You For Smoking, which was good...not amazing, but good. Later on the 3 of us had food at Panera Bread and went to Best Buy and utilized Andy's employee discount, getting us The Office Season 2 at 25% off! Yay! He left soon after and Beau and I went out to see Stranger Than Fiction. It was really good, not as funny as we thought it would be, but it had a lot of good funny moments and was very engaging. Then, as per usual, I went to sleep and he stayed up so late that I woke up when he came to bed and never went back to sleep. So, more time for solitude reading the Sunday paper, drinking hot chocolate and eating oatmeal. It's really refreshing. Kinda lonely, since Beau is sleeping and all, but the sitting back and enjoying life is great.

Funny story for you: Panera Bread sued a shopping center for violating its contract clause that the mall could not rent space to another sandwich shop. The mall had rented to Q'doba. Yep, Mexican food. Panera claimed that a burrito was a sandwich, and therefore the contract had been violated. But don't worry, justice was served, and after testimony from restaurant industry experts the burrito was ruled to be not a sandwich and the Q'doba location was safe. You can't make this $h!t up.
