Happy Friday to those who work!
just a quick update! I've actually done quite a bit this week...Tuesday I went shopping in GR with Mom and Stevie, got some more wedding present money taken care of. On Thursday Steph and I went to Chicago to apartment hunt for her, and that was a lot of fun. We saw a couple of cool places, so hopefully one of those work out. We also went to Crate and Barrel to spend my gift card (the only store in MI is in Troy) and let me tell you, only get someone a gift card to this store if you don't like them! It was some of the hardest shopping ever! We ended up just buying stuff, pretty much, to spend the money. there wasn't one thing that I was like "ooh! I want that!" But it was still fun.
Today I went out and got my hair cut, and I actually got it styled! Hopefully I can make it look good on my own too.
I'm bummed that I can't be up camping this weekend, but the time commitment is too much for us, since we have to do a lot of stuff around here before summer is over. We are having some people over for dinner tonight though, that should be fun.
I was thinking maybe over Labor Day weekend having a party here, either that or the weekend of Steph's birthday. If you have comments let me know! I'd like to be able to see people and have everybody over to the house too.
