I'm so tired and it's not going to end!
Whew! Quite a weekend. Beau's brother surprised him by taking him out to play pool and dinner and drinks for his bachelor party on Saturday. A few friends were able to be there, but none of the actual groomsmen could make it except his brother, so I'm betting there will be another one when they get in town! Anyway, that was crazy because I made sure Beau was here when his bro came...but Steph was also on her way to hang out with me while they were out and he didn't know that. So since steph got here first she wandered around Kzoo and Portage for awhile until Aubrey got here...which was crazy because I'm trying to coordinate all these phone calls and not let Beau know that it was them calling!
It turned out well for surprising, and then Steph and I went shopping and found some good stuff! We also watched Emma, which was good. Then, on Sunday we had my parents down as well as Beau's parents, brother, friend, and grandma. It was highly chaotic for me because we had to make a lot of food and find places for everyone to be! We all had a good time and had plenty to drink for everyone :). Steph and I found out that we were way better at badminton without boys playing with us, and played a few rounds out in the heat with frequent beer breaks in the AC.
Also, things are getting pretty chaotic for the up and coming weekend! I have been running errands all day and trying to get stuff done at home. Plus, I've been doing laundry and hanging stuff to dry, which is annoying because it takes too long and always ends up rather stiff and unfuzzy. I've also been to meijer (AGAIN) and up to downtown Kzoo in way too much traffic. And I'm tired from all the work. But I know I'll probably be tired all week and beyond, so I may as well be used to it!
