After one hundred or so odd mini cheesecakes, I'm done with the little (dense, delicious, decadent, deadly...*twitch* *sigh*) motherfuckers. The joy of mass baking for Christmas parties! Almost as fun as what I'd imagine Hanukkah in Fallujah to be.
