magician. no?
"nonie...i think im gonna use plus size model la for stitched...ok kan?" said arep (my really good head designer).
my jaw dropped...my face went blank...i've spent 5days on the garment which made for average model...but to be a good designer, no matter what, i need to do it...to me, designers are magician...we turn something that is impossible to possible. So i said ok...i'll do it...and i only have less than a day. crazy ke? yes, im crazy but im happy to say i managed to finish it in 3 hours. But without the model's measurement, arep asked me to do slightly bigger than the average model and if it doesnt fit during the fitting session, he'll just shoot the front part n leave the back open. So i did. I left the opening open. and here's the pics... (mind u it is only halfway done...havnt attach a high neck collar since i need to measure the model's neck dulu...takot tak muat...and the sleeve nyer trimming pun tk siap lagi...and the bottom part....i know it's so buruk until i laughed for a whole 10 minutes non stop when i looked at it....but when u only have less than 3hours...and not using any fabric...just tape and paper...i think tiz is ok la kot kan...?)
sorry for the not-suppose-to-be-there pleats at the front part...it is slightly big....so i pakai abit besar and that's y it was not flat at the front part when i tried to wear it (and danced like a mad woman around the house n laughed at it...ugly la k...shut up..i know)
Anyway...how teruk my story is...there's worse! Before i actually made this one...the other garment which i made for average model tuh koyakkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk before i manage to take any pics. sad tau! i really like that one...it tore when i unpick the back part since i needed to leave the back open. hmm....ntah la....i don't want to think bout that anyway...the fact that arep last minute changed to plus size model pun dh frustrating.. now the garment koyak before i dpt amik pic of it is sgt mengannoyingkan k. hmm...it's ok..i believe in arep's concept.. and i really wanna do clothes for plus size models..so tiz is the time for me to dress them...i just wish i have more time to xcecute it nicely...hmm...takper la..anyway...i'll post the pics when the high neck collar dah diattach kan and also when im done with the finishing. toodles!
