I love that someone on the writing staff reads Homer, though. BSG really needs more Homeric epithets. Like "slow-clappin' Adama." "Air-quoty Cavil." "Badly-sober Tigh."
The possibilities are endless!

He does have this fondness for "OMG shocking!" twists. I'm a little afraid that in the end the final Cylon will be Racetrack or Hoshi, just so he could crow: "I shocked you! See that?! I SHOCKED YOU ALL!"
And then Racetrack would have a lot of explaining to do.

And seriously? Glad some of the actors have the measure of the show, and an understanding and knowledge of its mytholgical/epic sources, because I'm pretty sure not all of them do, from some of the clips I've seen on the web.
Plus, heck, I may be shallow, but I do like my pretty to have some good brains, and to be able to fantasise having some challenging conversation as well as mind-blowing sex. You know... ;)

But why do I have this feeling that the next time I'll be seeing Bamber it will be in some awful TV comedy or a Slamdance indie pic? o_O
