it's friday on the one hand that's a yay but on the other hand it's not as friday's are usually busy, still at least I get a nice lie in tomorrow.
I'm playing psychological tricks on myself to keep my motivation going, I'm wearing my roller derby zemba t shirt under my jumper at the office so it reminds me why i'm doing the work, and taking money out of my bank account in cash and putting it in a money tin in my kitchen so I can see the pile grow as if it's in the bank I'd rather stay away from it than keep checking my balance.
It's nice and sunny and hopefully that'll hold for the weekend, I dont envy TJ working the security at various festivals this summer as it's looking pretty waterlogged everywhere and it makes her job much harder.
Duncan is working at Latitude this weekend and says it's not too bad there atm, he arrived last night, hope he likes it as it's the first festival he's worked. I'm hoping to go to Camp Bestival in dorset my birthday weekend courtesy of tj with kerry jamie and amber, I feel like an itch was started with Glastonbury last year and I'd love to be back at the top of the hill looking across the festival, even without Kez there (which will be a little sad the first time I notice it)I think i'd feel a sense of contentment and peace I havent felt in a long time.
Glasto tickets are avail from october and I think i'll buy myself a ticket as it's a deposit not full balance and sort out someone to go with nearer the time.
Need to see if kez will lend me our tent for camp bestival if I can get the friday off work, if not it's moot.
not planning much this weekend, might go see kerry's friends with her in croydon and her mum etc but i'll play it by ear,need to have a closer look at the bike and work out what parts to buy, think I'll prob need chain and sprockets which I havent changed myself before, back wheel shouldn't be too difficult but the front sprocket is all wrapped up near the gearbox :( mind you i've got to learn sometime!
