I started sobbing on my way back to State College today. I was listening to "Sin City" by the Essex Green and watching the countryside farms. Old crumbling barns brushing shoulders with new, nestled in rolling hills. The tops of some trees had vivid red bursts. The tree lined streams and gravel roadways. What finally tipped me over to the crying side was when a hawk started soaring over a farm.
Imagine if it had been an eagle soaring over a cute little nuclear deer family, and then you can also imagine me as a puddle.
Too sentimental for my own shoes!
Pennsylvania is an awesomely beautiful state, though. No denying.
