▪ I ensure that all goods are packed nicely and mailed out.
▪ I reserve the right to cancel any spree if response is not good.
▪ Ensure that you check your order thrice as there cannot be any changes once spree is closed.
▪ Please order only if you are comfortable with the price, shipping schedule and details of the spree.
▪ Updates will be made via email. (orders sent, items arrival, items posted out)
Postage matters
▪ I will not be responsible for any lost mails if you had not opt for registered postage.
▪ All registered mails will be posted out on Wednesdays.
Meetups/ self-collection matters
▪ Opt for meet-up/ self-collection only if you're available for agreed timeslot. Otherwise, opt for postage.
▪ Meetups will only be available on Saturday afternoons at Jurong East MRT.
▪ Self-collection only at my void deck.
▪ Please remember meetup/ self-collection dates!
Refunds/ exchange matters
▪ If you're unsatisfied with your items, please notify me immediately via email. I check my mail 24/7 (except during sleeping time), so please so not leave me a negative feedback without even approaching me.
