It was an innocent trip to the faculty room in which I tagged along with 2 of my friends. Another friend joined with her folder full of printed fanart. The front picture had HRE/Chibitalia, and showed it to the teacher, despite my constant "WHAT IF ABOUT THE GAY? OUR SANITY WILL BE QUESTIONED" warnings.
Upon seeing the picture, a moment of silent ensued, after which she uttered, "Hetalia?" Which then sent me and buddy going "WTH". She then replied with, "Yeah, with those countries and all their gayness."
GAH. HAVE THE HETALIA 30 DAYS MEME. WHICH IS REALLY LATE. I'd do the others, but I'm too lazy to search for other anime pics and all the music I've been listening to recently is either Vocaloid or Utattemita.
To be honest I really didn't care about him that much before. It was only when I reread the 'Fly Canada-san, Fly' strips and watched a Servant of Evil MAD that I started liking him, probably because I realized how much I have in common with him. PLUS HE IS MEGANE
