A1c
My A1c went up to 6.7 (from 6.2 three months ago). Ugh. I think my new goal is to get my A1c under 6.0. My doctor told me today that average (for someone without Diabetes) is 4.8 to 6.0 and I'd LOVE to be average.
But with Christmas and Thanksgiving here - I doubt that will happen. I don't go in for another check up (A1c and all that) for 6 months. So.. hmm.
