It is so nice to just relax today.:) This break from school was needed, for sure!
Today has been an AMAZING day. I've enjoyed a morning to myself. I got up at 9:30 and went to church. It was very nice. When I came home I made two necklaces. One is a sparrow necklace, and the other is an owl necklace. I am rather fond of owls.
Mom went out to lunch with her friend Dreama today, and when she gets home we are going to refinish some furniture because we are some crafty kids. I am very excited to FINALLY finish this bench.
There have been good movies on TV today, too. I just finished watching A League of Their Own, and now Rescuers is on. :D
Yesterday my grandparents renewed their vows for their 50th wedding anniversary. I cried. It was so cute. I love my Nana and Poppy so much. There were lots of family members there that I don't get to see that often, like Scott, Kaye, Whit, Bre, Jaylin, Uncle Jimmy, and a million more. They renewed their vows in St. Agnes church in Kanawha City. That is a beautiful church. After the ceremony we went to the reception. The food was nummy, and I met so many relatives that apparently haven't seen me since I was born or something.
My Aunt Kaye told me something really cool, though. I was extremely close to my great-grandmother, Ola, when I was younger. I never met her mother, though, and I found out yesterday that her name was Katherine. They called her, Kate, though, and we have the same birthday! My mommy didn't even know we had the same birthday! I think that is so neat.
My cousin Meg keeps going into labor, and they have to stop it. It's happened 3 times, now, and the baby is still a month premature. He only weighs 4 pounds. She lost her mucus plug yesterday, so whether they like it or not she is going to have this baby premature. I'm scared for her and the baby. She's wanting a boy for so long. I hope everything will be okay. <3
I miss having fishies. I am going to set up 2 aquariums today.
