Sundae Food Attempts
Excitement with the Broiler has not subsided yet! ..
So this weekend, it was the first attempt to try BAKING something with it...
Decided on a Oreo Cheese cake.. for dessert..
And Roast Beef with Roasted Vege-tables.. for the main meal!
And here it is!!
Ingredients for dinner!
Loads of vege, oreos, philedelphia cream cheeeese, mushrooms, beef, etc!
Me at Work!! (Yes I Do work too!!) ... Whisking via the primitive manual way..
And there's Nugket... eyeing the final product!!

Yes, what the product insert claims is true... the Broiler IS very good for baking and roasting! =D
