What were your favorite birthdays of the past? 7, 18, 21.
How was your last birthday? Fun! Worked the carnival all day at Huntington, where all of my lovely coworkers made a big deal about it being my birthday, had sushi lunch with my mom, then later had a really large group of friends of dinner at Quetzalcoatl! Plus Elliott made me a cake with a doodle of my face on it.
What did you do/are you doing for your birthday today? IT'S A SURPRISE! Then a hair trial at 6 and then dinner and drinks with a (smallish) group of friends after that.
Did you have/are you having a party? Yeah, I always do.
Gifts you've received (so far) this year: Money and gift cards.

Who got you cards? The same people.
Do you feel older? Actually yes, a little more between 28 and 29 than I did between 27 and 28. This was a big year full of big, grown-up changes.
What kind of birthday cake did you have? We're going out for dessert instead this year.
Was it good? I do enjoy desserts.
Number of candles blown out: I'm not sure if these will be included tonight but they should be tomorrow! Unfortunately I am a really bad candle blower outer, so my guess would be 3-4.

Did last year's wish come true? Yep! Plus my afterthought, unofficial, post-candle-blow wish came true!
What was/is the best part of your birthday (so far)? Facebook happy birthday's are my favorite! But a gift is coming a in minute!
