i was watching www.idontlikeyouinthatway.com - and noticed this video
i shared it with a friend who just replied "nick hogan should hang for that"
but i dont understand why .... i mean - if i have the story correct, (which is really old news... i know, i apologize) - they were both in nick's car - being boys - drunk boys - racing and spinning around - so what? they get into an accident - and dude wasn't wearing his seat belt - and now he's the super injured one - and now nick should hang for it ??
these types of accidents happen all the time - right?
just because one comes out with a few bumps and scrapes .. while the other comes out living his life as a vegetable .... is it really the drivers fault?
i mean.... did nick put a gun up to john's head .. and say "you're coming with me ... i am going to force you to drink this poision .. and you have to sit in my car and ride around with me while i act like a complete dick head and show off how little i know about being a racecar stunt performer... oh and dont wear your seat belt because im going to crash and you're going to have half of your head come apart and im going to walk away with a few bumps and scrapes?"

not to defend nick hogan - i mean, from what i see of him on t.v., he comes off as a pompas retard - i dont know either one of them from a ham sandwich but why does the media point the finger at the driver - its always the drivers fault
