spicy bacon
turkey bacon (though it'll probably work with regular bacon too, it might be even better since turkey bacon is kind of bland)
red pepper
black pepper
minced garlic
sriracha hot sauce
worcester sauce

use a large pan or griddle if you have one - all the bacon should be nice and flat and evenly spaced.

grease it with oil even if it's a nonstick pan. the whole point of bacon is that it's fried, gosh!! i use canola.

heat it up until it's crackling a little, then add the garlic. try to spread it around over all the bacon with a fork or something.

add the red and black pepper (i use the kind of black pepper that comes in a grinder - i think it makes a subtle difference.)

splurt on the worcester sauce. i literally never measure this shit out i just kind of squirt it into the pan. it seems to work wonders on any kind of non-seafood meat. whatever looks good I guess, just try to make sure each strip of bacon has a nice brown stain on it by the time you're done.

finally, the SRIRACHA SAUCE. this stuff is. i can't even tell you it's amazing stuff. run a thin line of sauce down each piece of bacon and then coat it evenly with a fork again. (watch out for popping oil)

i wasn't sure if this would be too spicy or not, but it's JUST RIGHT imo - the sriracha makes it wonderfully hot without overwhelming all of the taste of everything else. this is generally my experience with adding sriracha to ANYTHING, but it worked surprisingly well on the bacon. if you have eggs with this, hell, it's good on the eggs too.

this should wake you right the hell up!!
