I'm going to assume that means that whoever should know what you're talking about does know, and anyone who doesn't, doesn't need to.
If that's not the case, small words work better with me than large ones, since I've got 1.3 working neurons and they're on a coffee break right now.

(What makes it unbearable is not that I don't know what you're talking about, but that I vaguely, kind of know what you're talking about, and it's driving me crazy that I can't find the reference I'm thinking about.)
