Everything is so joytastic in dingoworld. Christmas carols are on heavy rotation, the tree is all sparkly and bwee and there are lots of presents under it FOR ME, the doggy reindeer antlers have been dusted and they are being teased with squeaky presents under the tree, our family will be home at the same time, my mum has time to *bake* stuff this year, and all the Pimspsmas packages are on their way.
Plus, 2 more days left of work! I start back on Jan 2nd, but I'll be at home until then. With the computer, of course, because I have a feeling there will be Sims2 Pets under the tree and I wanna play it. *g* Christmas Day will be the usual family thing, and playing with the dogs and their wading pool to cool off, and then on Boxing Day we'll be taking a road trip to visit more family and maybe doing a spot of 4WDing and picnic lunch at Kroombit Tops (prettiest creeks with platypi! and rainforests etc.) And then I have 6 whole days in which to do NOTHING and I fully intend to enjoy that. Heh.
I see a little stress and woe around the flist and a lot of you (those who celebrate it, of course) can't seem to find the Christmas spirit this year. *grabs* Sing! Smile! Watch dodgy Christmas movies or those very special episodes of your favourite shows! Come over to my place! With the parents home, we have *plenty* of food and alcohol to go around and the dogs would love to have extra people to throw balls for them all day. *g* I'm in the process of uploading some carols to listen to. Maybe that will help.
ETA: Even my ISP is bringing the happy! Last year for Christmas I got an extra 10 gig added to my download limit and this year I can choose to have another 10 gig, or reduce my monthly payments by $10! They are the awesomest!
