h&a and whininess
The Home and Away official site has finally been updated and it's all shiny now. You *must* check out the Chris interview here because, guh. He's a Photoshop geek! He likes computers! Back off, I claimed him first! *g* And I don't know why but "he smiled with that slow smile of his" makes me go all weak at the knees and swoony because I know *exactly* what they mean. Maybe dearstranger1 would know better, actually. *g*
I also heard that Chris has said he's only got one year left on his contract and then he's off to L.A. Yay! I won't have to watch that stupid show anymore! *g* But speaking of, it was also hinted that he'd be doing the next series of Dancing With the Stars. Good gravy, there goes my sanity and bank balance all over again. But boy do I wanna see that guy move his hips.
Just so you know, I'm still pushing for Chris as Aquaman. Let's get him out of that contract early! I'll be terribly disappointed and prone to dislike anyone else they cast.
In other news, I won't be able to see Ben Lee next week! I know! It's all the fault of the venue which shall hereby be called the worst venue ever and be boycotted for all eternity. Basically, the won't send the tickets to us, and said they must be picked up during office hours from their office. That's great, except that we don't *live* there, and had planned an insane road trip just to *see* the show. They said they don't sell at the door either, so basically we're screwed. Way to get business, Lee Kernaghan, asshole. Still, that means I have time off work next week to catch up on NaNo etc.
