belabored by sleep and dreams....or maybe just dreams of sleep....or not
i have no faith in america but i'm starting to believe in the ability (dare i say, the possibility) of this world to change for the better. for those of you intent on breeding, i hope that your children see a different place then what we (if indeed we do) open our eyes to every morning.
i never have been an activist, even after being stepped on by a horse (tell me the story again, haley....i luurve you) and i may never be in the sense that'll march and carry signs (again) but i want to change things by making films.
that sounds so naive and yet i am cynical enough to know how to get what i want. after all, once you know what you want the hard part is over. at least, that's been my experience. up until now.
anyway, i guess we'll just have to see.
(and this has NOTHING to do with the oscars....it just reminded me)
