Awww. What a pretty pussy it was. Did it moan or groan or anything as it was being injected? That would be utterly devastating... I mean, supposedly euthanasia isn't supposed to hurt at all... but if it does, then it kinda defeats its purpose, no? What would Mr. Finnamore have to say about this, huh?! I'm not sure if you know, but he was apparently kicked out of Xavier by the new principal (who is apparently a total dickface), and has moved to Gonzaga. Oh well... not even the rocks stay in the same play forever.
Side note: I'm back from the M-dot. Got back last Tuesday and have been relatively gleeful ever since. It was a great trip, and I must say that the M-dot is way better than the T-dot. Of course, I realize I say this as a tourist who would probably think the city a bore if I were to live there for three months or more. Am I right? Do you find Montreal as boring as I find Toronto? Have I told you how much I hate their dialect? Their pronouciations fucking transform my 13 goddam years of French into fecal matter. So goddam useless.

She was a pretty thing, wasn't she? The whole euthanasia process was pretty peaceful and took less than a minute, so I'm hoping that it was relatively painless for her. As for Finamore, who knows. But I heard about him leaving FX from another person I keep in touch with (Jess Javor). Apparently the new principal wanted to take down the peace tower and have the Jesus Jam every two years. I mean, I was rather indifferent to the tower and hated the Jam with a passion, but those were Finamore's babies. Like you said, what a dickface.
I checked out your photos, and it looks like you had a blast (nice photos, too). I like Montreal waaaay better than Mississauga. In Montreal, there's beautiful architecture, every major concert tour you can think of, a great symphony, and everything I could possibly want is in walking distance. Here, all the houses look the same, you have to drive fucking everywhere (in an SUV, natch), and there's bugger all to do. I'm going back next week to check on my new place, maybe invest in a futon/sofa, and finish unpacking all my shit. And maybe hold an early housewarming party where I can have a few friends over and hotbox the place. Either way, it should be fun.
