Milestones
la_poubelle got engaged this week. Yes, she is getting married. Taking the plunge!
I met her over livejournal and we have known each other for a few years now - she's visited me in London and I've visited her in New York and now the girl is getting married and telling us all to plan for a trip next year.
For years we shared our lives over our blogs, then she moved to New York and got a fabulous job and got very busy, but we always stayed in touch and I know that when we see each other, we just pick up from where we left off.
It's strange how people grow up and do all those things that are so amazing.
Congratulations, my belle. You really deserve to be so happy.
