Ryry, aka "the Ryno" has now hit two home runs in little league! He called me at 11:30 PM to tell me about the first one. The very next game he hit another but this time the bases were loaded - Grand Slam baby! woohoo - way to go Ryno.
Stef (whose site needs updating) is about to start summer league play. Since he often uses my office area to deposit his baseball gear, I was moving his practice shoes and noticed a very neatly folded up letter. Being nosy and thinking it might be from his girlfriend I opened it to check it out. Lol - it was a printout from the internet explaining "all about the slider" a baseball pitch that frustrates batters to no end. Apparently he keeps it in his shoe as motivation - gotta love that game.
Speaking of the game, my Rice Owls are #2 in the college baseball rankings - go OWLS! see you all in Omaha (fingers crossed).
