Fanfiction Master Post: Die Another Day 'Verse
There are Immortals among us. Some good, some evil. Some become warriors, healers or holy men. And some hunt the supernatural evil that surrounds us...
Spoilers for Supernatural episode 7.10 "Death's Door", Highlander episode 5.20 "Archangel" and Deadwood episode 3.11 "The Catbird Seat."
Killing a favorite character seems to be the best way to get my muse fired up. After finally watching "Death's Door" I heard his voice clear as a bell: "Bobby's not dead. He's an Immortal." And so the journey began...
In case you can't tell, this verse is a crossover of Supernatural, Highlander and (to a lesser extent) Deadwood.
Here is where I'll be putting everything in chronological order, since my muse has serious ADD and tends to jump around in the timeline quite a bit. As it stands right now I have two WIPs: Die Another Day- the original fic that started this whole mess, and Sands of Time: Beginnings- which is the prequel to DAD, set in the Highlander Ahriman story arc from seasons five and six. There are two one-shots up already, with many more to come.
Just a note on my writing. Everything will be PG:13. I don't write extreme violence, try to limit swearing (which is *very* hard sometimes considering one of the fandoms involved in this crossover is Deadwood), and any love scenes (if they even appear, I'm generally bored by romance) fade to black before anything explicit happens. I hate it when good characters die, so while I won't promise I'll never kill someone off it's highly unlikely to happen.
