figuring out an injury
Stella whacked herself on our stone wall, her left hind leg, we were playing soccer and she was taking a really tight fast growling turn around a corner after the ball... she stopped suddenly, cried, wouldn't put weight on it, I felt all up and down it, looked at her pads... she didn't flinch, but then she lets us do all kinds of things to her without complaint or pulling away--like getting matts out, but also shots at the vet and whatever... our stoic doodle... So does anyone have any idea how I figure out what she did? If its something I should rest... my sister is letting me have the last 15 minutes of her private lesson with Terri later today... and even though Stella is walking on it now again, (its so hard for me to see a hind leg limp) I could definitely see that she didn't use that leg running up the stairs just now...
