The youngest is fourteen and she remains a finicky eater... my husband has resorted to a tactic we used when she was like three which is food faces... and it totally works still... she eats most if not all at a meal she would ordinarily not eat... and he gets to have some form of daily self expression besides writing... here are two of his recent artful attempts
but... this week he is in California editing his book on a ranch in Santa Barbara where an old editor friend of his has him locked in a room until its done, so I made this attempt at the food face tradition today
