the extent of hyde hurricane preparation
Me: "You should probably go out and get some scotch for the storm."
My mother: "I already did... and vodka."
She then proceeded to tell me that she would've gotten some water had a woman not purposefully cut her off in the grocery store to get the last of the water. My mom asked her, "Are you going to take all of that?" and the woman replied, "Well, I don't have any water." She then strolled off with her cart.
This is good though because it led my mom to later find some classy foreign shite (Harrogate British Spa Water? and stuff from Halawa Aquifer).
