At 9:12 AM, the purchase was completed. I now have a Wii. The tiny little Nintendo gaming system that has the most release games yet, and the release of ZELDA! Even though I had a reserve, I wouldn't have gotten my system from there until much later (2nd or 3rd shipment), so instead I waited outside in the cold for my Wii in front of Best Buy, which didn't open until 9:00 AM. But the wait was well worth it. Everyone has been impressed with the system, and anyone who has touched the system's cool controllers has instantly had fun with the Wii sports.
Funny little story about waiting in line and my horrid handwriting: We had a list going on the Best Buy wall (not sponsored by Best Buy, but those guys were cool enough to honor the list since we'd been up all night waiting), so I wrote my name on the list. Turns out that my horrid handwriting worked against me as the guy doing role calls every once in a while to remove people who weren't there accidentally read my name as Marle, instead of Mark. Because I was getting a Wii, and because Chrono Trigger is that cool of a game, I didn't really care much about the mistake, but I did correct him.
In all I waited about 14 hours to get my Wii, and I was number 32 out of 87 Wii's at Best Buy.
