I just wanted to express how sad I am that Thais and Tyson are no longer on the show. If you don't know what I am talking about, then I am sorry that you have missed out but there is no need to explain it to you because I am sure you will just make fun of me. With that said, Elizabeth and I were almost in tears at the gym when the show was over but from the clips of next week we got excited again (and I said "oh man, it's on like donkey kong!")
