Swim Class

Dane moved up to the next level in swim class a the Y.  The first class of the new session was tonight.  He amazes me.  He doesn' t curl up in a C shape when floating on his back (most kids do).  When he puts his mind to it and uses his strokes correctly he can really move in the water.  They did backstroke tonight.  The instructor, Liz, told us that most kids his age can't do it.  It was his first time and he did it.  Swim bubble will be reduced by one layer next week (the foam floaty thing).

Despite how hard he worked in the water it still took him forever to get to sleep.  I'm tired just from watching him.
